All services are confirmed upon receipt of a 40% non-refundable deposit of the total booking value.

• The remaining 60% balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival or 21 working days before departure.
• Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of confirmation.
• Failure to remit the required deposit within the specified timelines will result in automatic cancellation without liability to the company.
• Payments made via payment link, bank deposit, or bank transfer are subject to applicable transaction charges, which shall be borne by the client.

Refund & Future Travel Credit Policy

Due to advance commitments made to lodges, camps, hotels, airlines, and transport providers, all deposits are generally non-refundable.

However, in the spirit of flexibility and goodwill, any eligible refundable portion may be converted into a Future Travel Credit, valid for 18 months from the original travel date.

Travel Credit Conditions

• May be applied toward any future safari or tour operated by the company
• Is transferable to another traveler
• Is not redeemable for cash
• Is subject to prevailing rates at the time of rebooking

Where refunds are approved and applicable, they will be processed within 21 working days, less bank charges and any non-recoverable supplier costs.
