Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and will only be effective upon written acknowledgment by the company.

This policy applies to the travel credit issued for confirmed safari packages. Rates may vary depending on the season and timing of the new booking. Travel credit is subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.

Cancellation Charges:

• 91 days or more before arrival: 100% retained as travel credit
• 90 – 41 days before arrival: 70% retained as travel credit
• 40 – 21 days before arrival: 50% retained as travel credit
• 20 days or less before arrival: 100% charged (no travel credit issued)

Force Majeure

Riro Porini Tours & Safaris Ltd shall not be held liable for failure or delays in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).

These events include, but are not limited to:

• Acts of God (floods, drought, earthquakes, or other natural disasters)
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
• Government actions, travel restrictions, or border closures
• Strikes or industrial actions
• Unforeseen transport disruptions

In the event of Force Majeure:

• The company reserves the right to reschedule the safari
• Or convert payments made into travel credit for future use

This will be done without liability for refunds, compensation, or additional costs.
